客人在9月中旬下單,昨天說要換貨,想回他信息,卻發送失敗:”We were unable to send some of the messages below to your customers because emails to their email addresses were bounced by their email service providers.”
看了下tracking,說包裹未妥投:”Notice Left (No Secure Location Available)”(1個月前);無人認領,超過時間:”Unclaimed/Max Hold Time Expired”,然后快遞就退給我了。
